The news from Haiti is not good at all, in fact, it totally sucks. Mama and I, having had three beautiful babies of our own, and now two (and counting) beautiful grand babies, decided to try to help the poor little Hatian babies. UNICEF, being our charity of choice, received a donation of half a large tonight (and there will likely be more.) As Karl Marx once said: "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs". The choice is yours. But please, "Can you help a baby out!"

We gave a puny $20 to the Red Cross last night, it's no half a large but hopefully it will help a little bit.
Did you hear Rush Limbaugh's comments on this? He's in hot water even with the Republican Base.
He criticized Obama for responding within 24 hours to the Crisis in Haiti while he waited 3 days to comment on the Christmas Day attempted bombing. The reason? To court favor with light skinned blacks and dark skinned blacks by showing them how quickly he responds to a crisis that effect black people.
Needless to say Olbermann ripped him a new one on Countdown.
HA... Did you hear Keith's "Comment" the night before last on Limbaugh and Pat Robertson? Some of the most strongly worded commentary I've heard from him yet.. Said they served no purpose and they served no God and that their lives were worthless..Plus he would wish them to hell but their vacant souls are already there..or words to that effect. I loved it. I don't know what Limbaugh is thinking.. It's not all about politics at a time like this.
Thanks for donating Chris. It's not about the amount but the spirit inwhich it was given. And besides, now that we have all of our babies out of the house, there is more available to give.
