So what's the deal Mom... is that a good price? Four choice steaks, over a pound each, for about $36.

I was very alarmed when I read, "Enjoy some pictures of my meat." NOONE needs to see that!
I guess that's a good price but I'm sticking with Target's Tbones. They can't be beat.
Funny posting though. :)
Don't knock them until you try them... they were quite good. I thought it was better than any cut of meat I got at Target.
Great looking piece of meat. Did you have any yet? I noticed Target has a $2 off coupon online for Sutton & Dodge choice Angus steaks or roasts. May have to go get some. Let us know how Cosco compares to Target taste wise.
Oops. Looks like you just answered my questions. Great minds think alike.
It's funny you guys like their steaks so much because they're shipping them in from a food distribution center and it gets cut by the mfg at the plant. Costco (along with most grocers) have butchers that do all the cuts. Your meat is just pre-packaged. PS - Sutton and Dodge is just a made up brand. It's just Hormel steaks.
Well, maybe it's more the cooking method...over a wood fire...but the Target T bones are the best steaks I've had in years.. as good as steak house steaks. Again, maybe it's the cooking method though. Or maybe Hormel injects their beef with something too. Their pork is injected with something that makes it way more tender than other pork.
